Jarin is a Wiradjuri woman who’s family are from Erambie, Cowra NSW, with strong connections within the Redfern Aboriginal community on Gadigal country.
A consultant, specialising in community engagement and community led development centring Aboriginal voices in self-determined pathways, Jarin brings a broad range of leadership skills spanning across a number of spaces including government, business, community and youth work.
In 2023 Jarin was appointed CEO of Wyanga Aboriginal Aged Care Program in Redfern. A highly respected long standing service, Wyanga provides culturally safe high quality care to Elders living in their own homes in the inner-Sydney area.
Jarin is deeply dedicated to looking after elders and empowering her community as CEO of Wyanga Aboriginal Aged Care, Redfern.
Jarin a mum of 3, has dedicated her life and career to grassroots, community led self- determined pathways in numerous intersecting spaces impacting Aboriginal people in her community.
